Our cost is $179 per medical visit. This includes examination, recommendation, entry into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR), and three 70-day renewals. Patients must be seen every 7 months per state guidelines.

There is a $50 fee at scheduling. The difference will be collected the day of your appointment.

The state of Florida requires a $75 application fee which is good for one year.

No. Florida does not have reciprocity with other states in regards to medical marijuana. However, seasonal residents can apply for a medical marijuana recommendation.

No, anyone over the age of 18 can qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation. Patients under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian permission and be seen by two different providers.
